Junior Account Executive - Hybrid, 3 days in the Basingstoke office

Mailosaur is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our customers have a great experience—whether they’re long-time clients or brand-new prospects.

Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximising opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, maintaining high customer satisfaction, whilst proactively addressing needs and concerns.
* Assist with product demos, order processing and sales engagement content to support sales and account-related activities.
* Work with customers to ensure they are getting the most from our products and services, and address account-related requests.
* Use the CRM system on a daily basis to effectively manage your prospects, leads, and customers. Keep records up to date with accurate customer information, feedback, and notes.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and gain market insights.
* Deal with and redirect general non-sales enquiries to relevant team members.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a sales professional in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS and/or enterprise technology solutions.
* Experience with process-oriented sales methodologies, and knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools, ideally HubSpot.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation confidently.
* Ability to understand customer problems and articulate how our product will provide value to them.
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
* A team player with strong collaborative relationship skills.
