The organisation is expanding its global footprint and is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive business development across the defined territory.

The Role:
* Develop and implement sales strategies targeting specific regions and industry sectors.
* Create and manage sales budgets, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
* Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and increasing revenue.
* Work on complex, technically driven sales, often requiring negotiation of large contracts and tenders.
* Manage sales projects, including evaluation and preparation of bids, to secure new business.
* Provide expert knowledge and solutions, liaising with various levels of clients' organisations.
The Person:
* Experience in selling large, complex, mechanically engineered solutions.
* Proven track record in technical sales, particularly in the mineral processing, aggregate processing, recycling, and environmental sectors.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to operate at all levels within client organizations and lead contract negotiations.
The Reward:
* £50k-£55k base salary.
