We are looking for a well-motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a positive and nurturing environment. We offer flexible working options, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and activities.
2. Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs (SEN).
3. Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
4. Help monitor and record the progress of students, providing feedback to the teacher.
5. Supervise children during playtimes, lunchtimes, and on school trips.
6. Prepare resources and materials for lessons and classroom activities.
Requirements:
7. Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role supporting children.
8. Passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
9. Good organisational and communication skills.
10. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
11. A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours:
12. Monday to Friday, standard school hours.
