Main duties of the job You'll work with other clinicians providing, support, assessment and treatment options for young people; the role is delivered via virtual or phone consultations. The role requires collaboration with the network supporting the young person to facilitate a package of care whether this is via external agencies or accessing support from CAMHS. The post places strong emphasis on your ability to undertake and collate detailed biopsychosocial assessments to formulate a plan of support. We are seeking a highly motivated individual, willing to learn and grow; yet be able to work independently and complete work within a given timeframe.
