Interim Project Manager - Business Transformation
We are seeking an accomplished Interim Project Manager to lead a high-impact business transformation project, integrating three legal entities into a single, streamlined business. This role requires expertise in organisational change, TUPE, operational consolidation, and stakeholder engagement. The project is set to complete in approximately 5 months, requiring a structured and results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan to ensure a seamless transition.
Oversee employee consultation, TUPE processes, and internal communication, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Manage customer communication and contract novations to maintain strong business relationships.
Lead the office consolidation strategy, reducing four locations to two while optimising workspace efficiency.
Work closely with IT teams to migrate all operations onto Microsoft ERP, ensuring minimal disruption.
Align branding across the businesses, creating a cohesive market presence.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard business continuity.
