Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered
2. Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
3. Maintaining personal and productivity goals
4. Connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
5. Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
6. Maintaining an awareness of all product knowledge through product knowledge training
7. Assisting with Brand awareness by supporting store management with social media
Qualifications:
1. 0-3 years of retail experience
2. Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience
3. Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment
4. Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision
5. Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
