Responsibilities
1. Coordinate large programs including budgeting and planning
2. Measure portfolio performance and recommend strategic adjustments
3. Define project quality standards and monitor KPIs
4. Support project managers with standards, tools, and routines
5. Create communication materials for stakeholders
6. Develop business roadmaps based on portfolio analysis
7. Ensure data accuracy and manage project management tools access
8. Analyze reports and perform quality checks
9. Work under the guidance of a senior PMO
Qualifications
* Academic or internship experience in project management, business, or technology
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project, Jira, or similar tools is a plus
* Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a collaborative approach
* Interest in public safety, justice systems, or secure technology is a bonus
