Role Overview The Associate Account Director will be the day-to-day lead on a key client account, focusing on driving results through innovative strategies across multiple social media platforms. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Account Manager looking to step up into a leadership position with increased responsibility. Key responsibilities include: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, supported by senior leadership, ensuring seamless communication and strong relationships. Develop and implement social strategies across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and X, driving KPIs including app downloads, subscriptions, and branding. Collaborate with the team to pitch creative ideas, such as documentary concepts and YouTube content, securing client buy-in. Review cross-platform performance data, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Oversee paid social campaigns, working closely with the performance team to ensure optimal results. Contribute to ad-hoc tasks as needed, maintaining a flexible, can-do attitude. Spot opportunities to expand client engagement, pitching additional projects and services. Skills & Experience Agency or client-side experience, preferably with sports or entertainment clients. Strong knowledge of platform features, trends, updates, and the ability to analyse and report on campaign performance. A proven ability to generate creative ideas while staying organised in a fast-paced environment. Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and managing client relationships effectively. A collaborative mindset, free of egos, and a passion for working in a start-up environment. Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events, with time off in lieu.
