What you’ll do Your key accountabilities will include: Analysing beauty market trends, competitor products, and historical sales data to compile and present findings that support the development of commercially successful product ranges. Working closely with the Buying team to assist in the development of fashion-forward products, ensuring that each item aligns with customer needs and market trends. Organising and managing the daily sample process, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of products. Assisting in monitoring the critical path to ensure that all product development milestones are met. Building strong relationships with internal teams such as Design, Merchandising, and Sourcing, as well as external suppliers, to support the delivery of our product ranges. Who you are Your skills and experience will include: A genuine passion for beauty and a keen interest in retail. Already working as a Buyers Admin Assistant in retail - ideally within beauty Experience working in the beauty industry Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from data to support product decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the business. Proactive and flexible, able to adapt to changing demands and take initiative where needed.
