Job description
Working with Letting Agents and Landlords across Bristol & Somerset providing detailed condition reports. Your day-to-day role will be to attend various properties across the Bristol & Somerset area, assessing their condition and creating detailed reports using our industry leading mobile software. You will also at times act as a representative for various Clients, responsible for the collection/handover of keys to/from Landlords & Tenants.

We require someone with a strong verbal/written ability and who is happy to work autonomously. Inventory experience or any experience within the property sector would be preferred but is not essential. No experience is required as full training will be provided.
Working hours / days:
Monday - Friday 09:00AM - 6:00PM with 1.0 x hour unpaid lunch per day (8.0 x hours work per day paid).
You will need to hold a full driving licence and own your own vehicle along with correct business usage insurance. Business mileage paid at 0.30 pence per mile.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
Work Location: Bristol & Somerset, in person, attending various property addresses.
