You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities while managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on growing our client base and ensuring that our current clients receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the appliance repair industry. Implementation of new client business Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and being the "expert" of your managed clients. Work closely with key clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth. Provide regular reports KPI's and client engagement. Maintain a working knowledge of all systems employed by the company to ensure effective customer service / client expectation levels. Coordinate and attend client meetings, capturing minutes and providing feedback to Operational Management. Ability to entertain clients outside of working hours to build relationships, company covered expenses Overseeing monthly invoice files and validating to ensure data is accurate Attend internal strategy, operational & financial meetings to review overall business performance and offer knowledge where needed Deliver and recommend changes within our Business to ensure clients needs and requirements are met Requirements Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional attention to detail and focus, and good problem-solving skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to potentially manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Knowledge of the appliance repair industry is a plus. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power point, Outlook & Word) and ability to adapt to new systems with ease A Full, UK Driving licence is essential for this role. The individual will be expected to be a safe driver, with minimum points on their licence. Willingness to travel for offsite meetings with potential overnight stays for multiple days at a time, usually on a quarterly basis. Capable of multi-tasking and ability to prioritise workloads. Ability to deal with clients whilst remaining calm under pressure.
