Interpath are seeking an Analyst to join our Asset Tracing and Complex Investigations practice, based in London. The team specialises in undertaking challenging investigations in support of asset tracing and recovery, and complex commercial disputes. Our casework is entirely global in scope and often involves work against sovereign states and alongside high-profile matters. The growth of this practice is part of our accelerated expansion of its global Advisory capabilities, and you will work closely with our industry-leading specialists across our various international offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in investigations related to asset tracing, financial crime, and complex disputes.
* Conduct thorough research using a variety of sources to understand the financial status and asset holdings of individuals and entities.
* Leading detailed analysis into a range of complex investigative assignments
* Case management of multiple complex assignments and analytical teams
* Use of the full range of investigative tools and datasets (training provided where needed)
* Writing reports and proposals
* Interacting with clients
* Representing the business at a range of internal and external sector events.
* Analyse financial documents and data to identify irregularities or evidence of wrongdoing.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments to leverage expertise and enhance investigative efforts.
* Maintain accurate and organised documentation of all investigative processes undertaken.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Forensics, Law, or a related field.
* You will have 1-2 years’ experience in the investigations sector on similar assignments – demonstrable experience of asset tracing casework is a distinct advantage.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to present findings clearly and effectively.
* A keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
