Requirements
1. Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in logistics, micromobility, or fleet operations
2. Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic vehicle maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting is highly preferred
3. Leadership & Communication: Ability to train, guide, and manage a team effectively, ensuring high engagement and performance
