Job Description:
To provide outstanding enrollment-related service to students, faculty, and other administrative offices. To review applications and make initial decisions regarding students’ eligibility for instate tuition. To interpret Virginia law and uphold policies. Minimum Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail. High level of proficiency with typical office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment where high levels of accuracy are essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex policies and procedures to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex policies and procedures and make decisions based on established criteria. Ability to exercise judgment where a specific situation may not be directly addressed by a rule, or the rule may be ambiguous. Preferred Qualifications:
