Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager who is looking to lead a great team to deliver an exceptional level of customer service?
I have a great opportunity to join on of the UK's largest manufacturing companies, located in Stockport.
You will have great customer service skills ideally within the engineering/ manufacturing sector and a proven track record of leading a team and hitting successful targets whilst ensuring outstanding customer service is maintained.
Ideally you will have led teams in a fast paced environment and have the ability to motivate, problem solve and develop within your team.
What will the role entail?
· Communicate effectively with customers to address enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. · Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience · Manage escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolution · Prepare reports on team performance, customer satisfaction levels, and operational efficiency's · Managing team workload and supporting where necessary with the processing of sales orders · Hold quarterly 1-2-1 team meetings
We will also look at individuals who are looking to step up in their career.
Please note, this is a full time roll and you will be working Monday to Friday - 8 hour shifts.
