We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Project Administrator to join our growing team and support the smooth delivery of multiple ICT projects.
The Role
As a Project Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our project teams stay on track. You'll be the glue that holds it all together—coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and helping to keep everything running smoothly from kick-off to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to Project Managers and technical teams
2. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and tracking tools
3. Coordinate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
4. Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
5. Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure effective communication
6. Maintain project management systems and databases
7. Assist with procurement, budgeting, and resource tracking as needed
What We're Looking For
1. Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably within an ICT or technical environment
2. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
3. Strong written and verbal communication
4. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
6. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

2. Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams
