Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple Water Treatment projects in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and the West Midlands.
As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and staying within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Manage Water Treatment projects with values up to £2 million, ensuring successful project outcomes.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects meet industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
* Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate site teams, promoting clear communication and effective teamwork.
* Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Civil Engineering sector, preferably with Water Treatment experience.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of water infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities and pipeline systems.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating teams and liaising with stakeholders.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective client relationship management.
* Driving License: Full UK driving license required for site visits across multiple locations.
