About the
role
Are you an
experienced team leader or supervisor with a background in grounds maintenance
and horticulture? We are looking for a dedicated Contract Supervisor to join
our team in Newcastle, overseeing the delivery of high-specification grounds
maintenance services in various grounds in the area.
This role
involves liaising directly with high-profile clients and associated
stakeholders, ensuring high-specification service delivery, the completion of
staff and site audits, quoting new and extra works that come in and supporting
a team of contractor staff in the area. This role offers career growth, a

Requirements
* Proven
experience as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, Supervisor or equivalent, with
a proven track record in horticulture.
* A
professional attitude, excellent communication skills (written & verbal),
and the ability to manage a team effectively.
* Knowledge
of Health & Safety practices and the correct use of PPE.
* Full
clean UK Driving License and IT literacy is essential.
