Job Title: Social Worker – Short-Term Intervention Team
Location: Buckinghamshire
Rate: £35 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available for a dedicated and experienced Adult Social Worker to join our client’s Short-Term Intervention Team based in Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team environment, focusing on providing short-term interventions to adults in the community.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of adults in need of social care intervention. You will develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of individuals and their families. You will work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support. Regularly, you will review and update care plans in response to changing needs. Additionally, you will ensure all interventions comply with statutory requirements and professional best practice guidelines.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK license, have post-qualified experience, and hold a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
