We are seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Leeds on a part-time basis, starting ASAP .
Requirements
* Relevant teaching qualifications (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
* Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting.
* Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics.
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Foster curiosity and a love for learning in all students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support achievement.
* Maintain high expectations of behaviour and academic standards.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum.
