A unique and exciting opportunity exists to join WMFS as a Community Risk & Performance Analyst.
As part of the analyst team, you will be a key part of our Community Risk Management Planning process.
The post holder will:
1. Have a proven ability to interpret complex data and risk intelligence, influencing community risk management decision making.
2. Take a consistent and methodical approach to gathering data to ensure the Community Risk Management Plan is fit for purpose.
3. Be responsible for data handling, data analysis, modelling, mapping, reporting and research across a range of subject areas.
4. Provide expert input and professional insight on available data and its analysis for performance management, forecasting, resource management and deployment.
5. Use specialist software systems to collate and interpret data into meaningful intelligence reports.
