Salary:
£22308 – £24123 Per annum

Job Duties:
15. Provide administrative support to the HR department
16. Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant tracking, coordinating with Agencies, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
17. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback
18. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications:
19. Previous experience in an administrative role
20. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
22. Proficiency in MS Office applications
23. Understanding of HR processes and procedures
Knowledge and Skills:
24. Keen attention to detail
25. Great Customer Service
26. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
27. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
28. Strong problem-solving skills
29. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Working Conditions:
30. Mon – Fri: 08:30 – 1700 (1 day in every 4 weeks will be 09:00 – 17:30)
