INSPECTION AND INTEGRITY CO-ORDINATOR
Our client, an Oil and Gas Operator, is seeking an experienced Inspection and Integrity Co-ordinator. This is a 2-year contract role (PAYE or Limited Company) and based in Aberdeen.
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables:
1. Support the Integrity Management & Inspection personnel to ensure that appropriate systems are in place to develop and implement a robust Risk Based Inspection programme for structures, pressure plant, piping, and pipelines.
2. Support the integrity & inspection Contractors to ensure that all relevant inspections and statutory examinations are appropriately scheduled and carried out on time and in a safe manner.
3. Responsible for the coordination and implementation of cost-effective inspection programs.
4. Responsible for the identification and escalation of risks to the client's onshore and offshore Leadership Teams.
5. Ensure agreed inspection strategies, procedures, standards, and plans are in place, implemented, and completed by the Site Inspection Engineers/inspectors/technicians, and any failures, variations, and amendments are escalated to the site leadership team.
6. Development and execution of the Integrity Work Plan.
7. Maximise the use of effective, cost-effective, non-intrusive inspection techniques to minimise the requirement for personnel vessel entry.
8. Where required, complete timely deferral assessments for pressure systems to ensure compliance with the client's standards and statutory requirements.
9. Challenge existing ways of working and implement change where demonstrable benefit in terms of productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, or cost can be achieved.
This role does not involve performance management of team members (performance management includes conducting appraisals and disciplinary and grievance processes).
