Main duties of the job Working alongside the medical, nursing, therapy and Public health teams you will lead a team of Dietitians in improving outcomes for our population living with Diabetes. This will include leading on the delivery of Structured education to empower self-management, Education and Training of others, Leading our Remission Service, influencing the agenda both locally and Nationally. This post will be supported by the Head of Service and work in partnership with our Weight Management Service Lead and leads in Diabetes Prevention and Health Improvement.
