We are currently recruiting a Multi Maintenance Operative to join the Empty Homes Team. The successful candidate will be joining the Empty Homes Team working citywide helping to complete repairs and bringing empty properties back up to our lettable standard. Thus allowing the group to relet properties and provide quality homes for our customers. The role is subject to a basic DBS paid for by Gentoo. Ensure that RAMS, Method Statements, Product Information and COSHH are adhered to and followed. Liaise with designated Repairs Manager or Supervisor regarding the status of any and all work. Liaise and interface with other trades as required. Maintain a clean and tidy work place. Maintain the impressed stock levels on the vehicle and management replenishment. What We Are Looking For Specific experience of floor laying/screeding floors Experience of carrying out various minor building repairs across designated trade disciplines. Experience of using Hand held device Experience of working within a social housing repairs environment Knowledge of Driving- Full UK licence is essential Knowledge and understanding of relevant Health & Safety regulations.
