Reporting to the Overseas HR Business Partner, our HR Advisor will provide generalist HR Advice, support and guidance to Managers within the Jet2holidays Overseas Operation. Based in Leeds City Centre, you'll act as the first point of contact for general HR queries from all Jet2holidays Managers and colleagues, providing accurate and timely advice. You'll also: - Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders from all departments in your business areas to ensure that all stakeholders are engaged with the HR Team. Be responsible for delivering on HR projects and making sure they support the growth of the business whilst working with the HR Business Partners to ensure your business area is aligned with the rest of the Company. What you'll have: Our HR Advisor will have a proven track record of HR generalist experience working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to be flexible and travel overseas if required. You'll also have: - Knowledge of overseas employment law and understanding how this can impact your business areas is desirable. Be resilient with good commercial awareness. Be an effective team player able to work independently and to tight timescales. Be able to successfully manage and prioritise your workload.
