DETAILS OF THE POST
This fixed-term post becomes available from September 2025 for a committed and enthusiastic candidate to work within a successful and innovative Technology Department.
We are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher to teach Technology, with a preference for Food Preparation & Nutrition at KS3 and KS4. We are looking for someone who can inspire and bring out the best in our students who are academically able and well-motivated, and achieve excellent results.
We are seeking a colleague who enjoys working in a team and can provide a stimulating atmosphere in the classroom. All teachers are expected to act as form teachers and to assist with the extra-curricular activities of the school and the teaching of associated subjects, e.g. Year 12 Enrichment Studies, EPQ, if required. Enthusiasm, patience and calmness under pressure are vital qualities. Please see the below Person Specification for further details of our requirements.
