Key Responsibilities:
Control and management of documentation issued by Contractors and Suppliers
Preparation of transmittals for document exchange with 3rd parties
Training Contractors and Suppliers on Document Management Systems and processes
Preparation of progress reports including metrics such as documents issued vs planned, and forecast of deliverables to be issued
Collaboration with other project functions to prepare and update documentation, such as Management Procedures
Management of information exchanged with 3rd parties, including Government entities and project partners
Attending meetings and workshops as required
Archiving all correspondence and administrative documentation
Job Requirements:
Experience in document control within the Oil & Gas sector
Proficiency in using Document Management Systems and Sharepoint
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to prepare detailed progress reports
Capacity to provide training and guidance to contractors and suppliers
Flexibility to attend meetings and workshops as required
Attention to detail and precision in managing and archiving documents
