Job Title – Renewals Customer Care Advisor

Contract/Hours – Permanent, Full Time, 37.5 Hours (0800-1900 Flexible Working)
Salary – £14k basic, plus performance pay!
We have a brand new great opportunity to join a UK winning letting agency as their Renewals Customer Care Advisor.
In the role you will be dealing with inbound calls from clients and also negotiating to secure property renewals.
We need you to maintain the in-house database and make sure you work to legal policies.
Responsibilities:
* Taking inbound calls
* Receiving incoming queries
* Negotiating to secure renewal of product
* Liaising with other departments
* Working within defined legal policies
* Maintaining accurate data on in-house systems
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
* Previous experience in a target-driven atmosphere is desirable, but not essential.
* Ability to build rapport
* Great communication – written and verbal
* Professional telephone manner
* Positive approach to dealing with customers
* Flexible to changing legal policies and company criteria
* Familiar with Microsoft Office packages
