You'll be the go-to person for all things tech, providing top-notch support for Macs, PCs, servers, Microsoft 365, and a variety of other systems. Think of yourself as a tech superhero, swooping in to save the day What You'll Be Doing: Become a Tech Problem Solver: You'll be the first line of defence, providing remote and on-site IT support to their awesome users. From troubleshooting tricky software issues to setting up new hardware, you'll be the expert they rely on. Be the Friendly Face of IT: You'll build strong relationships with their users, becoming a trusted source of advice and support.
