Job Description:
Know how to work a room (virtual or otherwise)? Skilled at spotting the perfect talent to align with a mission? This is not your average coordination role. This is your chance to shape the future of JAAQ’s platforms by bringing in the voices that matter most. Think of this as your opportunity to change lives while building a CV-worthy career that’ll have everyone impressed.
Your mission? To identify, connect with, and secure talent for JAAQ’s sub-brands. You’ll pitch JAAQ with the passion it deserves, using tailored resources like our outreach video, talent deck, and agency templates. When needed, you’ll brief our creative team to produce custom content that resonates with your target talent.
Your role is central to ensuring JAAQ remains fresh, relevant, and impactful. You’ll actively monitor media and current events, identifying opportunities to approach individuals who are ready to share their mental health stories. Each piece of talent you secure will fill gaps in our content offerings, ensuring we cover the topics our audience needs most.
We want you to find talent to sit alongside the likes of: Davina McCall, Jake Humphrey, Alistair Campbell and more. Collaborating with the Head of Social and the Lead Integrated Producer, you’ll lead conversations with talent and the filming team, orchestrating smooth handovers on a case-by-case basis. You’ll also be our on-site talent liaison, creating a welcoming and seamless experience during studio shoots.

* A love for ticking off that to-do list.

Why You’ll Love It Here:
* Work directly with a high-performing, passionate team and get a front-row seat to how a tech startup scales at lightning speed.
* Collaborate with JAAQ Creators, investors, and other stakeholders. Let’s just say, some very cool people walk through our doors!
* A varied role where no two days are the same—you’ll never be bored.
* A values-driven company mad about mental health. It isn’t a choice; it’s a lifestyle.
