Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading, national plant hire company in the recruitment of a Project Support Co-ordinator.\n\nIn this office based role, you will be assisting the site install teams at a range of engagement levels to ensure that all projects and installations are carried out safely, on time and in budget. You’ll be based at the Sheffield Operations hub in a busy Project Office team. There will be an occasional requirement to visit sites around the country (2 to 3 times per month).\n\nKey Duties:\n\n * Liaising with customer regarding site installations/inductions/logistics.\n\n * Preparing and reviewing RAMS and other site-specific documentation.\n\n * Liaising with customer and internal sales teams to solve site/equipment queries\n\n * Assisting with CAD design drawings to supply to site and install engineers\n\n * General project administration via internal system\n\n * Allocating engineer workload schedules.\n\n * Assisting with taking equipment breakdown calls and resolving issues\n\n * Arranging transport and logistic support for projects\n\n * Site installation support\n\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n\n * 2 years Project Office experience\n\n * Construction site experience\n\n * Electrical qualifications or related NVQ Level 2/3\n\n * Maths & English Level 2\n\n * Health & Safety Cert e.g.
