The Role: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support the delivery of engaging lessons and provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students. You will work alongside our dedicated teaching staff to help children overcome challenges, celebrate successes, and inspire a love for learning. Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons. Work with small groups or individual students to provide targeted support. Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Help children with special educational needs (SEN) to achieve their individual learning goals. Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development. Assist with classroom management and maintain a safe, orderly learning environment. Support children's progress through regular assessments and feedback. What We Are Looking For: Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, kind, and empathetic nature. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from the class teacher.
