Recruitment and Administration Assistant - Part-Time 21 hours per week Location: London Job Type: Part-Time Working Pattern: 3 days/21 hours per week (preferably Tuesdays – Thursdays) in the office Salary: £28,000 FTE £16,800 pro-rata for 3 days My client are looking for a Recruitment and Administration Assistant to support their Recruitment Coordinator with high-volume recruitment tasks. This role is essential for ensuring all candidates have an exceptional experience and managers are supported with the recruitment and onboarding of new joiners. Success in this role will be defined by excellent organisational skills and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in creating interview packs and preparing interview rooms. Greet candidates and manage Occupational Health screening results. Support the preparation of recruitment packs and ensure interview notes are retained in compliance with data protection legislation. Conduct right to work checks, request and chase references, and send out new starter forms. Assist with posting and removing job adverts and managing recruitment documents. Enroll new joiners onto various systems and training modules, and send important joining information. Assist with the setup and administration of mass recruitment events and represent the organisation at job fairs. Provide cover for the Recruitment Coordinator and People Administrator as needed. Handle general administrative duties including processing leavers, checking post, and taking notes in meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous administrative experience is essential. Experience in a recruitment role is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new computer systems. Experience with iTrent and Eploy HR/recruitment systems is desirable. Excellent IT skills and an understanding of HR practices and employment legislation are preferred. Strong multi-tasking, prioritisation, and organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a confident and approachable demeanour.
