An Operations Manager is a key part of the management team and oversees high-level HR duties, liaising with the Recruitment Department to manage depot requirements and set training standards. They also analyze and improve organizational processes and work to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Job Details:
* Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday
