Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver comprehensive and stimulating science lessons in line with the national curriculum.
2. Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching strategies and resources.
5. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
6. Support the school’s ethos and values, promoting high standards of behavior and achievement.

Our client schools in Harrogate are looking for suitably qualified and experience staff in North Yorkshire to provide long term cover for Science.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Science Teacher you will:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
8. A degree in Science or a related field.
9. Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
£30,000 to £46,525 per year
