We are looking for an organised Resourcing Administrator with a passion for making a difference to others. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months with the possibility for extension. Your day-to-day To lead on the auditing of pre-employment, and sponsorship items as required; including DBS, references, right to work in the UK and Home Office required documents. To work in line with Home Office guidelines surrounding sponsorship of employees. Ensuring the relevant documents and systems are kept up to date to accurately reflect the status of the new starter and the outstanding pre-employment checks and contractual information. To process Home Office applications in an accurate, and timely manner. Chasing sites for outstanding sponsorship items, and ensuring completion of all information as necessary. Timely management of the shared Sponsorship Queries inbox; responding to queries from hiring managers and candidates, and the Central Onboarding inbox. Maintaining regular communication with hiring managers and employees; keeping them engaged and informed of the progress of sponsorship status. Working closely with the HR Operations team to ensure a seamless sponsorship experience as well as working closely with sites. Following agreed processes to ensure consistency across the organisation. Manage, store, use and maintain personal data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal policies. Support with any ad-hoc projects within HR Operations / Internal Recruitment as required.
