Description The Opportunity: A unique 12-month (24.5 hours per week; 0.7FTE) fixed-term opportunity to contribute to clinical supervision, placement support, core teaching and service delivery at the Centre for Psychological Therapies (CPT). CPT is a vibrant initiative supporting research, training and knowledge exchange, providing a service for the community of Edinburgh up to the age of 26. Contribution to course organisation and teaching will be predominantly to students on the MSc. / PGDip / PG Cert Psychological Therapies. This post holder will join a group of experienced clinical psychologists and CBT Therapists. The post holder will provide in person clinical cover during the centre’s operational times including weekday daytime and evenings. Some evening work will be required and flexibility will be appreciated. This post is advertised as part-time (24.5 hours per week), however, we are open to considering other part-time or flexible working patterns. Your skills and attributes for success: You will be a qualified CAAP, CBT Therapist or Clinical / Counselling Psychologist with an interest in the training of Psychological Therapists. Experience and expertise in CBT. Experience and expertise in delivery of teaching and training in CBT. Experience and expertise in supervising others using a CBT model.
