The Deputy Estates Manager will deputise the Estates Manager, direct the ground staff team, and assist with all activities on the racecourse and grounds.

The Deputy Estates Manager will:
* Oversee and coordinate all teams on the racecourse and grounds, ensuring high-quality work.
* Oversee and implement the irrigation program of the racecourse.
* Assist with the checking and maintenance of all course vehicles and machinery.
* Help manage and enforce all Health and Safety measures and follow Health & Safety rules and safe working practices.
* Assist on the Training Grounds and at other racecourses when required.
* Monitor the security of the site and machinery compounds.
About you:
* Proven experience in managing and developing a multi-skilled team.
* Hold a Full driving licence.
* Great understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
* Experience of Turf management.
* Qualifications relevant to the role preferred; NVQ Level 2 or above in Sports Turf & Amenity, IOG level 2 or above, and Pa1 & Pa6.
