Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our RISE Services as an Admin Support on a full-time basis, within the Intervention Pathway Hub Team.
The post holder will have excellent organisational skills, effective communication skills and the ability to be innovative in regards to the way in which clinical assessments and interventions are co-ordinated.
You will play important roles supporting our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service and will be base cover activity within the RISE Specialist Mental Health Services.
This role will be office based at The Abbey RISE Centre in Nuneaton.
Please note this role is for a 6-month fixed term.
Main Duties of the Job
Supporting with a range of administrative tasks to support clients waiting for intervention within the Specialist Mental Health Service. Providing effective communication and problem-solving both face to face, via email and via telephone. Taking detailed messages and dealing with them in a timely and efficient way and refer as appropriate. Creating and sending letters, leaflets and additional information. Overseeing waiting list activity, ensuring information is recorded accurately. Submitting referrals and recording activity from partner agencies.

The Intervention Pathway Hub Team strives to support an efficient and transparent intervention pathway for young people and families, through Specialist Mental Health Services in RISE, alongside providing accurate data to assist future developments.

Qualifications
* Good General Education (e.g., GCSE English and Maths)
* QCF Business Administration or Customer Services Level 2
* Good communication/customer care skills both written and verbal demonstrating sympathy and compassion
* Ability to manage and prioritise own workload/use own initiative, problem-solving skills, ability to make decisions and take actions within the team relating to routine enquiries, whilst receiving support and supervision
* Good organisation skills and ability to multitask, attention to detail
Analytical and Judgement Skills
* Ability to recognise situations that should be referred onto the Supervisor/Line Manager and take prompt and appropriate action.
Experience
* Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (e.g., Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Experience of using Trust IT systems
* Experience of working in a busy office/customer care environment
* Experience of working in Healthcare

* Confident in dealing with people at all levels
* Work effectively and flexibly as part of a team to meet the needs of the services
* Ability to work in stressful and high-pressure environments.
