We are looking for a Care Assistant Nights to join are growing team. Based in one of our Community Resource Centres at Cleeve Court Twerton, Bath. Working towards being a dementia home of excellence.
This role is for 33.00 hours per week and involves a rota system with some weekends and bank holidays for which enhancements are paid. Other part -time nights positions will be considered these range from 22 to 33 hours per week.
Cleeve Court offers a supportive atmosphere which is in Twerton, Bath delivering residential/ dementia care, and this is easily accessible via public transport or car.
As a Nights Care Assistant, you will:
* Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing.
* Promote resident’s independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of person-centred care.
* Adhere to and complete accurate and timely records of the care and support provided to residents.
* Providing support to access third party and NHS services.
* Be a strong team player and work on own initiative when needed.
* Promote positive lifestyle choices, offering individuals the opportunity and motivation to achieve their best.
About You
Previous experience of working in care would be an advantage, but a commitment to deliver quality person-centred care is essential and full training will be provided. This opportunity is ideal for an individual aiming to develop their career and gain hands on experience in a thriving and friendly workplace.
