About the Role:
* This is a challenging yet rewarding role where you will lead shifts, formulate support plans, and promote young people's welfare in accordance with the Children Act 1989.
Main Responsibilities:
* You will work directly with young people, key working, and providing support on a shift work basis.
* Partnership working with young people, social workers, and carers is essential in coordinating Care Plans and risk assessments.
* Taking responsibility for the upkeep of the establishment, including health and safety checks and primary care issues.
* Administrative work and record keeping associated with key working responsibilities.
* Ensuring young people eat healthy and balanced meals prepared by staff, completing necessary health and safety checks.
Household Responsibilities:
* You will share in maintaining the House, caring for the fabric, equipment, and environment.
* Accountable for moneys allocated for specific purposes, reporting repairs, and ensuring necessary actions are taken.

* Completing health and safety checks in line with policies and Ofsted regulations and standards.
Personal Development:
* You will keep abreast of good practice to develop skills, knowledge, and experience in accordance with a personal development plan.
* Makes use of regular professional supervision.
* Reports malpractice or evidence suggesting it to a line manager or other appropriate person.
