Our client is currently looking for a Senior Payroll Admin to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Working hands on processing a payroll of 6000+ hourly paid employees on a fortnightly basis.
2. Manage up to 5-6 fortnightly payroll each week.
3. Submit pension contribution in time.
4. Checking and validating new starter documentation before setting them up on Iris Professional (Star) Payroll.
5. Regularly review end to end controls, routines, and duty segregations.
6. Liaise with Area Managers on areas of opportunities and improvement measures.
7. Respond to ONS on employee matters in time.
8. Lead, coach and develop a team.
This role will require someone who is happy to work within a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
