What will you deliver?
* Manage the day-to-day activity of your open order book, liaising with internal stakeholders e.g. Procurement, Industry, Sales Management Office, Trade Compliance, and Quality Assurance for support to drive successful conclusions.
* Driving Customer on-time delivery for repairs and spares.
* Management of any customer backlog.
* Forecast commitments for delivery, backlog, and revenue for open order book.
* Customer intimacy to provide feedback and updates on progress.
Who are we looking for?
This position requires expert experience in either a service management or technical solution role including some of the following:
* Experience in a dynamic fast-moving environment managing multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Contribution to refining processes and help drive improvements and efficiencies in managing workload.
* Working knowledge of relevant ERP, PLM, and Microsoft suite.
* Tenacious and focused to drive results for our Customers.
This role will require SC Clearance. It would be advantageous if currently held; however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant will undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance. Please visit the UKSV website for further guidance.
To be eligible for full SC, you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years. In some circumstances, a minimum of 3 years’ residence in the UK over the last 5 years may be accepted, with additional overseas checks.
