North Chelmsford Healthcare Centre are seeking two friendly and professional receptionists to join our team on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave. Working 18 hours per week, shifts to be worked are below and we offer £15 per hour after 6.30pm and at weekends.
Position 1 - fixed term contract until May 2026:
* Monday 8am-2pm
* Tuesday 2pm-8pm
Position 2 - fixed term contract until December 2025:
* Monday 8am-2pm
* Thursday 2pm-8pm
There is a requirement to work one shift at the weekend per month (4.5 hours). You will also need to be flexible to cover additional hours due to annual leave or sickness.
This is an interesting and important front-facing role within the surgery and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support, including navigating patients to the most appropriate appointment with the most suitable clinician.
Applicants will need to be fully flexible to cover annual leave and short notice sick leave. The post is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS check.

* BLS training will be provided as well as full training on SystmOne (patient record system).
