Receptionist Administrator
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 Hours per week
Location: Glenfield, Leicester (LE3), Home based
Salary: Negotiable, dependant on skills and experience
The Role
We are looking for a Receptionist Administrator to provide a broad and effective service to the business, supporting many different teams as well as being the initial point of contact for visitors to our Glenfield site.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Welcome and advise visitors to the site.
2. Answer and transfer phone calls.
3. Ensure clients and visitors to the site feel welcomed and answer all their questions.
4. Arrange lunch for customer meetings and board meetings.
5. Manage general staff and visitor queries.
6. Support the wider HR team as and when required.
7. Order office stationary, refreshments and consumables.
8. Create, maintain and regularly audit employee personnel files.
9. Manage and distribute access fobs and cards for all sites.
10. Order branded equipment (Lanyards, bottles etc).
