The Service: Roborough House works to maximise the independence of service users who have dementia, brain injuries, or who have other significant neurological conditions which require high levels of specialist support. The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide nursing and residential care. Ensuring that staff are equipped with the necessary skills, through training, observation and supervision. Participating in the delivery of the service which takes into all of the day to day operational requirements, and also quality measurements and monitoring.
