Behaviour Support Mentor
Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a Behavioural Support 'mentor to assist with supporting children with challenging behaviour in Alternative Provisions across Preston and Blackpool.
The schools cater for 11–16-year-olds with complex SEMH difficulties and ASC; therefore, many children may display challenging behaviours and cannot thrive in a mainstream school. The successful candidate must be strong and resilient in order to be a good role model for the children at the school.
