The Importance of the Role
The Sr Manager, International Business provides infrastructure support related to activities OUS (outside US) functions for the International Business Team which is part of the Customer Organization. This role supports the department with planning, tracking, and execution of International Business initiatives aimed at ensuring the design, build and execution result in an efficient, scalable organization.
The Sr Manager, International Business will manage many of the key activities which are leveraged across the International Business platform. This individual will work across functions to ensure accountability and alignment, utilizing strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage complex work streams in a dynamic cross-functional environment.
The Opportunity to Make a Difference
1. Leads contracting within the department ensuring amendments and updates are tracked appropriately. Partners with our procurement team.
2. Supports departmental budgeting and forecasting activities and provide financial reporting to senior leaders, including managing contract requests and purchase orders/invoices.
3. Leads team goal setting and integration into larger departmental objectives. Work cross functionally to ensure timelines and goals are met.
4. Helps manage operational aspects of the International Business team including managing systems and reporting outputs.
5. Provide program support to the International Business team members.
6. Assists in the coordination and successful execution of International Business meetings.
7. Effectively manage meetings including the development, management, and facilitation of strategically focused agendas and meetings, as well as taking concise meeting minutes and capturing and following up on action items in a timely manner.
8. Act in complete & total compliance with all laws, regulations and Sarepta policy.
9. Other related duties as needed.
More about You
1. Bachelor’s Degree (general business, health sciences, public policy or other related degrees).
2. 8+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare related experience.
3. Effective Project Coordination and Administration skill and experience.
4. Leadership skills and experience.
5. Detail oriented and highly organized.
6. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
7. Strong listening, verbal and written communications skills.
8. Team oriented with a willingness to collaborate.
9. Strong leadership, people management, influencing and motivating skills and the ability to manage complexity where both strategic and tactical skills are required.

The targeted salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta’s compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.
