This vibrant and unique London-born concept has gained huge popularity and is now in a stage of growth and development. Currently with 2 very large, multi-faceted venues, the company has a 3rd and potential 4th in the pipeline, so this is an exciting time to join and develop.
The venues offer an element of retail, street food, performance spaces, high volume cocktail bars, and private hire! Loads of Events.
The General Manager Position
There are dedicated teams already on board for the existing 2 sites, but due to a new opening for 2022, they are keen to bring on one more General Manager for your venue to develop and expand the already great offer. This role will involve a lot of high-volume people management, extensive licensing management, and coordination of seasonal and varying contracts!

1. An outgoing and friendly personality – committed and motivated work ethic!
2. Someone who will promote an environment in which employees feel engaged, inspired, and talent is spotted early and developed.
3. Develop and nurture a culture of exceptional quality in customer service, ensuring standards are consistent with the quality reputation of the company.
4. Ensure the right people are in the key operational positions.
5. An excellent financial understanding, ideally having overseen high volume venues with both food and drink sales and ever-changing offers!
6. A strong understanding of licensing, training, and back-office system setups!
